Burley Griffin, adjoining parklands, shops, restaurants, Canberra Golf Club &
sailing clubs. Easy access to bike/walking paths. Major tourist attractions are
easily accessible by car or public transport (200 metres to bus stop). Near
Lake, Parliament House, CBD & Embassies.
Quiet tree-lined street in historic Yarralumla in central, south Canberra. Only
minutes from the CBD, embassies, new and old Parliament Houses, the Australian
National Gallery, National Library, Government House, National Museum of
Australia, ANU, the School of Music and Canberra Glassworks all of which are
conveniently accessed by public transport. The Yarralumla shopping centre,
Chinese, Thai, Turkish and Italian cafes, art galleries and nurseries are a
short stroll away. Manuka Shops, Kingston Foreshores, Woden Plaza and swimming
pools are about five minutes drive by car.

north/east aspect and has large windows which look out onto gardens. The room
has high ceilings and two entrances which maximise air flow.
