Australian National Botanic Gardens - Cities, Towns and Localities
Nestled at the foot of Black Mountain devoted entirely to plants native to Australia is the Australian National Botanic Gardens. The Gardens holds the finest collection of Australian flora in the world. Included in the gardens are plants of the rainforest, the desert, the mountains and more, all in specially created ‘climatic zones’. Take the time to explore the Rainforest Gully, the Rock Garden, the Eucalypt Lawn and the Mallee Shrub lands on the marked trails.

The Botanic Gardens offer a relaxing way to end the day during the summer months. During January, the gardens have extended opening hours and musical entertainment.
