The house sleeps a maximum of 10 people in 4 large bedrooms
— an additional two singles in the lounge area downstairs and the fold out couch
can accommodate another 3, making a total sleeping arrangement for groups and
families of 13 people.

There are 4 large bedrooms;
— three of which have brand new Queen size beds with the remaining bedroom
having two single beds.
— there is also three additional single beds and a fold-out couch in the 2
open-plan living rooms.

The house can also be divided into two apartments.
— you can reserve the top floor for a maximum of 5 guests (best suited for 1-2
couples), or
— the downstairs floor, also a maximum of 7 people (best suited for a families).
Each level of the home has its own kitchen and bathroom.

All linen and bath towels are included. There are fans in all bedrooms, BBQ
facilities and fully equipped kitchen(s) including convection microwave,
conventional oven and gas cook tops.
