RATES

LOW SEASON: $180 per night or $800 per week

May/June/July/August (excluding school holidays & Long weekends)

HIGH SEASON: $200 per night or $900 per week

September/October/November/December/February/March/April
plus School Holidays ( Autumn / Winter / Spring ) not including Summer School Holidays

PEAK SEASON: $250 per night or $1,500 per week

All Summer School holidays and Easter Holidays

* WE ALSO REQUIRE A REFUNDABLE $500 SECURITY BOND

** Minimum 2 night stay / All linen provided (including king size fluffy towels).
