There is much to see from the perennial favourite of the Red Centre (Alice Springs, Kings Canyon, Palm Valley and Uluru), the vast expanse in the Top End (such as Mataranka and Katherine), the magnificent Flinders Ranges and the vast formation of Wilpena Pound, just to name a few.

The ‘Outback’ stretches from the west coast of Western Australia through to the east coast of New South Wales and Queensland. But the ‘Outback’ is not mere desert regions and remote towns, any place beyond the bustling modern cities of today, is often referred to as the ‘Outback’.
