We now headed back down through Walgett, Coonamble, Gulargambone...
some of the fields were a blaze of yellow canola oil... then east
to the Warrumbungle National Park. As you approached the mountains
you could see Siding Springs, a glistening white dome, on the top of
the mountain range. We stoped off at the Park Visitor Centre. Not
sure of where to stay, the
Tibuc Cabins caught our interest... where
we were lucky that there was a vacancy. |
