Grevillea cv. Misty Pink

This cultivar is a contrived hybrid between G. banksii and G. sessilis. The name refers to the soft pink flowers which are different in colour from the better known Grevilleas. It was raised by Lloyd Nielsen of Tamborine Gardens Nursery, Qld. and has proved popular in gardens in warmer climates. Cultivar registered in 1980.
