Leucospermum erubescens

Leucospermum, also commonly called Pincushion or Pincushion Protea is a genus of about 50 species of flowering plants in the family Proteaceae.

The flowers are usually produced in dense inflorescences, which have large numbers of prominent styles, hence the reference to ‘pincushion’.
