The list is really endless and there is surely something for everyone at these
markets.
Buying Handmade makes for
better gift-giving
Buying handmade is better for people
Buying handmade is better for the environment
All of our stallholders have an immense passion for their work and will
provide their wares for sale at all different areas and venues around South East
Queensland whether it be once a month in some locations or once a year in
others.
We know that
Ipswich itself has nothing like this and we have had nothing but
positive vibes and support from both stallholders and the general public. They
are certainly embracing this new event.
The Ipswich market has stallholders from as far as Noosa in the North, Bell
and Toowoomba in the west, Manly in the east and as far south as Coolatai, NSW
and even a lady from Adelaide sending over her goods up for sale.

We are taking the market on a road trip, heading to
Goondiwindi in April. The
small town of Goondiwindi has embraced The Handmade Expo with quite a few locals
getting involved and having a stall. We are offering the local schools free
sites to get the students involved in handmade, having a stall and selling their
items. Something that they could possibly have never been aware of.
We have also been invited to take the market to the Jumpers and Jazz Festival
in Warwick in July. With already over 70 stallholders wanting to be a part of
this wonderful expo.
People are more creative than ever and are taking the handmade pledge to make
items whenever possible and to buy handmade whenever possible.
We are soooooo excited about all of our markets and we love seeing the
admiration and delight on the faces of the public when they see the array of
goods on show for sale. So check out our website and blog for the latest
information about
The Handmade Expo. |
