links to resources about harvest periods around Australia. This is not a
definitive list and periods given can change due to weather and other
conditions. Additional information can be found at the local visitor centre and
there is an excellent government site that have in recent times produce a
publication called: Harvest Guide - by the National Harvest Labour Information
Service.
