Welcome to
accommodation Patonga, a fishing village at the southern end of the
Central Coast region, New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
The tranquil coastal village of Patonga (thought to mean oyster in the
local Aboriginal language) is located on the north bank of the
Hawkesbury River in an area that includes part of the Brisbane Water National
Park. Whilst Patonga is a popular fishing destination, just north of Patonga is Pearl Beach,
which can be reached via a fire trail. Further north still are Umina Beach,
Ocean Beach and Ettalong Beach, all popular beach destinations. |

Details:
the most southerly beach on the Central Coast, is a secluded place to escape to.
It is a pristine stretch of sand at the mouth of the Hawkesbury where the river
meets Broken Bay, Pittwater, Brisbane Waters and Pacific Ocean and is a boating,
fishing, canoeing, swimming and walking paradise. Dolphins have recently been
sighted off the beach. Take a trek along the Great North Walk and enjoy the
local wildflowers, birdlife, lizards soaking up the sun on rocks and the
occasional koala. Relax at the General Store and enjoy their famous fresh fish
and chips or a well earned ice cream. Patonga has it all.
