Welcome to our listing for farm stay accommodation in
New South Wales, Australia. The traditional farmstay conjures up images of a holiday
staying on a farm, where families with children can get up close with the farm animals,
cuddle the lamb, collect the chicken eggs, milk a cow or pick fruit.
Some farm stay provide self-contained accommodation like a farm cottage or
cabin. There are some that may be in restored heritage buildings or a converted
barn, whilst others offer hosted accommodation, staying in the main homestead
with the owners of the property, sitting down having meals with them or offering
bed and breakfast or meal provisions as part of the package.

Of course there are variations on the farmstay accommodation, tours and
attractions. Options can range from just the accommodation based stays on
hobby to working farms, through to those offering working experience as available
in some outback stations, vineyards or other style of large acreage properties.
Whilst the type of farmstay can vary, some may not even refer themselves as farm
stay, offering accommodation on large properties with full privacy, forest, lakes

Orange Grove Gardens
ALBURY in NSW, Murray Riverina
Orange Grove is set on a 2250 acre working farm situated halfway between
Gerogery and Culcairn, 40 kms north of Albury. The land is slightly undulating
with scatted red gum, yellow box, grey box backdropped by the Yambla Range
Hills. Orange Grove with it's extensive Michael Bligh designed gardens with
featured rock pergola's perennial garden beds and wandering grassed areas
becomes the perfect setting to get away and relax from all the cares of the
world.
The rooms have old school charm with all modern facilities including air
conditioning and heating. TV and DVD's, Internet, Fridge and coffee making
facilities. Fully cooked breakfast is provided and other meals available at
additional cost on request, including cheese and wines from the local region.
The bathroom is just outside the rooms with bathrobes supplied and a shower
you'll never want to get out of.
Fireplaces in both sitting and dining room that adds to the charm and mood on a
winters night.
With flights daily from Melb and Sydney to Albury Airport. We also offer an
airport shuttle service for those travellers that really want to get away. 30
mins drive north of Central Albury, 9km's south of Culcairn, situated on the
main highway between Wagga and Albury.

kitchen included. Also bbq on your deck and large pool and rainforest walks to
enjoy. The cottages are privately set on terraces full of native flowers and
fruit trees. Wander through the rainforest, listen to the birds or sit by the
creek.

The whole area is renowned for its production of fine wool and beef cattle.
See all these things and try gold panning, horse riding, bush walking in Nat
Parks, check the local museums and antique shops and galleries.... lots to do!!
Cruickshanks is located on the working 1000 acre property "North Mihi" where you
can see first hand, "super fine wool" merino sheep and Angus cattle.. also
Highland cattle and alpacas and miniature ponies. See how a property works,
perhaps witness shearing (in season) and other sheep activities & watch the
sheep dogs help with the muster and see a tractor.

Poppys Cottage B&B in Armidale

Poppys CottageB&B is only 10 minutes from the heart of historic Armidale. Enjoy
cosy and warm accommodation in the Settlers Cottage adjoining the turn of the
century homestead. The Cottage is set in about 2 acres of established, leafy,
English style garden, interspersed with old-fashioned perennials and roses. The
cottage with its two bedrooms, (although not large), is well equipped with a
selection of books, magazines and activities, and there are heaters in every
room with good insulation and electric blankets on all the beds. Fans are

Wonderful breakfasts include a large selection of fresh and poached fruits,
