• Facilities: Each unit is equipped with its own fully equipped kitchen including crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, fridges, deep freeze and gas oven. An outdoor BBQ area and camp fire are also available. A full catering service can be arranged on request.

• Details: The Lodge is situated in a delightfully scenic location with Pine and Native Forest surrounding the area. World class National Parks are located near by and combined with a local rugged scenery, provides wonderful opportunities for the artist, naturalist or photographer. Bondi Forest Lodge is the ideal place to enjoy and observe, or for the more active, explore at leisure.

Nestling among the native and pine forests, high in the eastern slopes of the Snowy Mountains, near the NSW – Victorian border, 35Km South of Bombala, Bondi Forest Lodge provides a unique centre for group educational and recreational activities.

The Lodge caters for individuals through to school groups and clubs.

• Room/Bedding: eight accommodation units each with its own bathroom, living room and sleeping quarters for between 10 and 20 persons.
• Conference: ideal venue for your next conference. There is a dining complex for large groups which includes a commercial kitchen and dining area capable of seating between 80 and 100 people. Other facilities include a large recreation room ideal for group lectures, indoor games and other activities. The spacious grounds surrounding Laurel Hill Forest Lodge also offer a number of recreational activities including several hectares of open fields suitable for ball games, a cement crick pitch, tennis court, and barbecue areas. There are a number of bush walking tracks starting at the Lodge, which allow you to explore the magnificent forests that make up the Laurel Hill region. • Details: ‘Gateway to the Australian High Country’. Laurel Hill Forest Lodge has a colourful history, originally built as the Laurel Hill Prison Farm in 1957. The area in general has a rugged, pioneering history complimenting the wilderness, the bushland and the forests which it continues to hold and endear today. A pervading adventurous spirit of endeavour against hardship and the elements invigorates its character even now. The country way of life remains intact and unspoiled.
