well behaved dogs are permitted in the house (with supervision). We will send
you maps & information about 'leash free' areas that you can take your dog for
an adventure in the Bega Valley Shire.
The garden is perfect for those who wish to just 'unwind in a most relaxing and
peaceful environment.'
Enjoy plenty of space in the houseyard and play a game of cricket or boules or
take it easy and rest in the hammocks or doze away on the day bed on the
verandah.
The property is an ideal retreat for those who love nature. We have farm animals
(chooks, cows and sheep), and there are frequent native visitors including
kangaroos, wombats, possums and huge variety of birds. Avoid the crowds and
noise of the busy 'tourist spots' and choose to stay at 'Scots Hut'. Enjoy the
tranquility and peace of the house, gardens and surrounding bush and wildlife.
The surrounding gardens are lovely; including fruit trees, native and european
decidious trees, flowers and herbs. Guests frequently pick the seasonal fruits
to enjoy whilst staying at the property; rasberries and plums (dec-jan), apples,
pears (feb-march), chestnuts (april).
