For those seeking pet friendly accommodation, there are a range of options from farmstays
to self-contained apartments and cottages.
Some providers only permit pets
outside, whilst others may allow you to have your pets inside. Some venues such as camping and caravan parks, allow pets at certain times of
the year and under certain conditions.

they will allow you to bring your pet. And remember, always keep your

colony we have many galleries and studios to visit. Mount Panorama is one of
Australias premier car racing tracks and the museum is of great interest to
enthusiasts.

Glenwood Cottage at Bilpin

Glenwood Cottage is situated on a 25 acre property, which includes an orchard
and surrounding National Park. The main crop is apples, in season from late
January through until May, when you are welcome to enjoy picking your own fruit.
Other fruits grown on the property include figs, cherries, passionfruit, plums,
persimmon, oranges and feijoas.
The cottage is fully self-contained with one-bedroom, queen-size bed, open plan
kitchen and living area with fireplace. There is also a fold-out bed available
in the living area if you want to bring along a couple of kids.
Directly behind the cottage is our 12m salt-water pool, great for swimming laps
or just lazing about. The pool area is fully fenced and includes lounge chairs,
pool toys, outdoor toilet, BBQ and ping pong table.
Glenwood Orchard
Pick your own apples, picnic in the orchard, birdwatching and bush walks.

While we happy to accommodate children, we feel it is not suitable for more than one
child.
The house has been fitted out to the highest standard with a spacious open plan
lounge with a cosy log fire and gas heating. All firewood is provided.
A 25m2 sun drenched deck provides the perfect spot for relaxing and taking in
the mountain views.
The new gourmet kitchen has DeLonghi appliances, ceaser stone benchtops, as well
as a front loader washing machine.
The lounge contains and LCD TV with Austar connection and DVD/CD theatre system
with surround sound. DVD's and books are also provided.
The large rear garden contains a gazebo and alternate outdoor table setting for
eating and watching the hanggliders over the valley. Blackheath has been likened
to a scottish village with its misty days and typical mountain weather.
The village itself provides everything from restaurants, cafes, antique shops
and clothing shops. Blackheath also boasts a wonderful golf course for any keen
golfers.
The area offers bushwalking, horse riding and other adventure activities.
Situated close to Mount Victoria, Katoomba and the Megalong Valley, many
consider it to be the idyliic mountain setting.

Pets are allowed inside however please do not leave unattended inside the house.
