The cottage is only 200 metres from the Country Club, Tennis courts and the golf course. There is a supermarket located in town and a restaurant in Talbingo Lodge. The country club also has a restaurant. Talbingo is situated 20kms from Yarrongobilly Caves and 40kms from Mt Selwyn Skifields. Talbingo Dam and Blowering Dam are ideal for water sports and fishing.
The distance to the nearest largest town, Tumut is 40kms. Woolworths, Coles, Country Target, Bakers Delight ,Boutiques, and many other shops can be found in Tumut.

Mountainview Cottage at Talbingo is an ideal location for either for a family holiday or couples wanting some time out. Talbingo is a great base for snow skiing at Mount Selwyn or Cross country skiing in the winter.
