The sub-tropical region of Tweed-Coolangatta is the premiere tourist destination
on the border of New South Wales and Queensland. Encompassing five world
heritage listed national parks, state forests, kilometres of unspoilt beaches,
rivers, lakes, wetlands, providing access to abundant nature based activities,
as well as being close to the family fun-filled activities of the Gold Coast

main centres that include

Heads stretches along the river estuary to the country town of
Murwillumbah.
