Affectionately known locally by the residents as Bello, the township of
Bellingen, part of Bellingen Shire, is located on the
Mid North Coast just south
Coffs Harbour, with the Bellingen Shire region extending west over the Great
Dividing Range towards Armidale.
This town is at the centre of some great attractions from the picturesque rural
charm, architectural heritage, natural beauties such as the nearby
Dorrigo National Park, stretching up north to the nearby popular
Coffs Harbour. The
region also has a number of annual events that showcase both local, national and
international acts.
