The Blue Mountains offers a smorgasbord of restaurants and cafes to enjoy,

• This world famous Paragon Restaurant
has been operating since 1916. Retaining original decor and furnishings of the
interwar Art Deco period. Listed by the National Trust, the Paragon reflects the
style, quality and elegance of the age which created it, with the Cocktail Bar
and Dining Room being evocative of the era of cloche hats, tea dances, flappers
and jazz.
The Paragon is also famous for the quality of its cakes and
pastries, but in particular for the fine hand-made chocolates, made on the
premises, as it has always been done for the last 86 plus years.
Check out the many pictures of famous faces who have come through the door,
including the likes of Ginger Rogers, Lee Marvin, Bob Dylan, Ben Chifley, Barry
Humphries and Dame Joan Sutherland.
