The Garden represents the landscapes of Japan where the hill is the mountain, streams are rivers, ponds are inland lakes and the sea and where every bend takes the visitor on a voyage of discovery. Eventually you will finish your tour by the sea where there is a large lake featuring the beach - ponder a moment or feed the Koi. Take time to explore the Garden and experience its tranquillity and beauty. Special features of the Garden include an authentic open air Tea House, a working Pottery House, Titami room and Bonsai House.
 

Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic or take advantage of the cafe/restaurant “Chabana”, offering morning and afternoon teas, light meals, coffee, tea, sandwiches etc. There is also Chabana’s “Taste of Japan” style menu which offers a fusion of modern day Japanese Cuisine blended with the Australian style.
