Nestled in the foothills of the
western face of the Snowy Mountains is the township of Khancoban.
Originally built to accommodate workers and their
families during the construction of the Snowy Mountains Scheme, it
is now beautifully landscaped with trees and parks. Close to many popular trout streams, it
is an ideal location for fishing, boating, white-water rafting,
