Located
just 30 km south of Cooma on the Snowy Mountains/Monaro Highways, Nimmitabel is a small township that dates
back to the 1830’s.
You can still see the stone windmill, built last
century by one of the German settlers. From here you can enjoy the
South East Forest National Park and Lake William.
