Seven Mile Beach National Park includes a long stretch of beach rimmed with
sand dunes and forest, and home to many native wildlife. The park offers a range
of activities, from fishing to swimming and wind-surfing (although there is no
beach patrol). There are also picnic and barbecue facilities close to the beach.
There is no camping permitted in the park.
There are two loop walks
(approximately 3 km each) that start from the Beach Road picnic area and loop
through the forest and back to the picnic area along the beach. One heads south
and the other heads north from the picnic area.
