The South
Coast region extends from Bega NSW to the Victorian Border and is
divided into the following areas:
Shoalhaven (North),
Eurobodalla
(Nature Coast Central), and the Sapphire Coast (Far South Coast). South of Sydney,
it includes spectacular coastline, down through Shoalhaven,
Clyde Coast,
Eurobodalla, and
Sapphire Coast, and includes the areas of the Southern Highlands and
Southern Tablelands.
Its many attractions include
Kangaroo Valley, Berry,
Nowra,
Jervis Bay, Mollymook/Ulladulla, Bawley Point,
Batemans Bay, Bodalla, Central
Tilba, Bermagui, Bega,
Narooma, Tathra,
Merimbula,
Eden, and
Montague Island, to name just a few. There are ten
national parks in the area: Morton National Park,
Booderee National Park, Budawang
National Park, Budderoo National Park, Cudmirrah National Park, Conjola
National Park, Jervis Bay Marine Park,
Murramarang National Park, NSW Jervis Bay National Park, and Seven
Mile Beach National Park.
