One of the leafy suburbs in the upper North Shore of the northern part of Sydney,
and part of the Ku-ring-gai Local Government Area, St Ives is approximately 20 km north of the Sydney CBD.
Bordering the southern reaches of the Ku-ring-gai National Park, surrounding
suburbs include St Ives Chase, Turramurra and North Turramurra, Pymble, Gordon,
East Killara and Warringah.
Amenities in the area include the St Ives Shopping Village (across from the Village Green
and Cowan Oval), Skate Bowl,
Scout Hall, and the Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden.

• Covering 123 ha of urban bushland on
the northern edge of Sydney's North Shore, the garden features heathland and
tall forest, sandstone outcrops, ponds, gullies and waterfalls. The garden is
managed by Ku-ring-gai Council and offers a range of walking tracks, from the
wheelchair and stroller friendly ‘Senses Track’, to the more challenging
‘Mueller Track’.
The garden also incorporates the Bushland Education Centre, that provide a range

• The Heritage Craft Fair is an
immensely successful pure craft fair with 250 stallholders, all personally
