This 10,050 hectare reserve is just 30 km north east of Bathurst. With an
altitude range of 800 m to 1,266 m near Mount Winburndale and the spectacular
north/south cliff lines.
The habitats range from low open woodland to open
forest and include riverine woodland. Fauna include eastern grey kangaroo,
red-neck wallaby, platypus to name just a few. There are a number of Aboriginal
sites in and near the reserve.
