NSW Transport City Rail - Fares
It is a good
idea to check out the different fares available when travelling on Sydney
Buses/Rail. In fact State Transit/City Rail offer
combined, train, ferry and buses tickets. The best places to
purchase your tickets and pick up some timetables are newsagencies,
although some timetables may be available on the buses.
Tickets and timetables are also available at ferry terminals.
Combined travel tickets are also available from train stations.
Some examples of the types of tickets on offer are:
- Day Tripper Travel Pass - can be used all day for all
three services. These can be purchased on the buses.
- Three Day Travel Pass - combines all three services
within the same areas, however this is not necessarily the
cheapest option. Check them out, you may find by buying a Day Tripper Travel
Pass, there is more saving.
