Wallace Rockhole Tourist Park • An Aranda Aboriginal Community • ALICE SPRINGS NT 0872 • We are located about 117 km west of Alice Springs, 70 minutes along Larapinta Drive. • Ph: 08 8956 7993 • Fax: 08 8956 2840 • • Accommodation: powered and non-powered. • Other Accom: self-contained cabins with double bed and double bunk (4 persons). • Facilities: BBQ, billy boilers (you will need to bring your own firewood), hot/cold showers, toilets and laundry block. • Details: the cabins and campground are nestled amongst trees, providing good shade in summer and are located beside the Emu and Kangaroo yard. There are a number of tours including Aboriginal Culture Rock Art, Bush Tucker and Cattle Station tours.

The West MacDonnell Range, located within the West MacDonnell National Park, offers a number of camp sites, both with and without facilities. Visit their website for the latest information on camping in the West MacDonnell National Park. The NT Parks & Wildlife has current information on campsites and facilities. There are different categories of camping fees, go to the NT Parks & Wildlife website for the current camping fees. Birthday Waterhole — require high clearance 4WD, both vehicle based camping is restricted and walkers. Ellery Creek Big Hole — there are basic facilities for camping. Serpentine Chalet — there are camping sites, with no facilities. Ormiston Gorge — there are camping facilities including showers and toilets. Glen Helen — Glen Helen Resort offers caravan sites and motel accommodation. 2-Mile - Finke River — 4WD camping only. There are camping sites, with no facilities.
