Tadpoles and Frogs
Native frogs in the region, take immediate advantage of the bodies of
water, laying eggs that quickly hatch, with most pools of water showing
significant number of tadpoles, of different size and colour representing the
different species of frog.Some environmental situations, such as the tadpoles living in a small amounts of
water, which would naturally heat to higher temperatures, is known to trigger
the tadpoles to develop at a faster rate, developing into adults frogs within 14
days. |
