Being small with tropical gardens and one street back from the main road it has
a quiet pleasant family atmosphere yet it is only a few minutes stroll to
Coolums fabulous beach, alfresco dining and the main shopping centre.
Maroochydore, Noosa, Caloundra, Eumundi, a range of excellent golf courses and
Sunshine Coast's world famous tourist attractions such as Steve Irwins
Australia Zoo and Fraser Island are just a short drive away.

Free undercover BBQ Coolum Beach is located right in the heart of the sunshine
coast, about mid-way between Maroochydore and Noosa, approximately 20 minutes
drive from each and about 1ฝ hours drive from Brisbane, the capital city of
Queensland.
Coolum Beach Getaway Resort was deliberately built one block back from David Low
Highway, the main traffic thoroughfare through Coolum Beach, with peace and
quiet in mind.
Being one block back from this road makes the resort a VERY QUIET RETREAT for
holiday makers staying there while still being very close to the beach. You can
actually hear the breakers on the beach from your room at night instead of the
traffic.
It is a pleasant 7 minute walk to the beach across the nature reserve and down a
short, 100m nature trail. Bring a bright torch and take the kids for exciting
night strolls on the beach spotting small sand crabs.
Shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs, bottle shop, delicious hot bread bakery,
news-agency, McDonalds and a whole host of variety shops are also just a relaxed
10 minute walk away.

This neat Holiday House offers you total privacy in a fully fenced yard. Close
to all facilities, 10Kms to Maroochydore CBD.
Walk to the new Surfair Hotel-Resort development that features a 5 star
restaurant offering outdoor dining 50 metres from the beach. Hotel and bar
dining is also offered. There are several restaurants all with-in walking
distance.
Half way between Noosa to the north and Caloundra to the south.
20kms to Australia Zoo. They will pick you up at the door.
Or dine at home with Alfresco dining all year round. It is designed to relax.
Marcoola is a small town with no parking or traffic congestions only miles of
clean white sand.
However it is also the centre of the Northern Beach area, only 30kms to Noosa in
the north or 30kms to Calroundra in the south. 10kms to Maroocyhdore, the
largest CBD on the Sunshine Coast.
There is only one road between you and the beach and this is serviced with
pedestrian lights The house is not on a main road or the beach front so sudden
winds will not drive you indoors. Yet it always experiences that gentle breeze
on those hot summer nights that makes sitting outside on the large outdoor
setting, listening to the surf's soft roar, most relaxing.
