Mountainous hinterland with superb views. Towns such as Cooroy, Pomona,
Montville and Maleny each have their own special appeal.

Cruise the Noosa River by ferry or cruise boat.
Explore the everglades and discover wilderness.
Local attractions such as wineries, wildlife parks and strange hotels are world
famous.
Upstairs contains spacious open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. There are 2
verandahs to enjoy the sea breaze or the view south to the national park. The
main bedroom, with ensuite and walkin robe, overlooks the pool and Noosa
National Park. The top floor is air-conditioned and provides Austar, DVD, and
stereo system.
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, fully appointed laundry, bathroom (with bath), toilet
and double garage.

Noosa By The Sea in Castaways Beach
• CASTAWAYS BEACH in QLD, Sunshine Coast
La Bella Casa is a fully furnished 4brm, plus study with sofa bed, Family Home
which sleeps 8 people comfortably.
The KITCHEN should have all you need: cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, kids
plastic cups & plates, serving platers, kettle, toaster, microwave, hot plate &
oven, fridge & freezer.
There are many sitting area's OUTDOORS: Relax by the pool, sit at the upstairs
deck to capture the view or watch the kids play in the yard. You could choose to
dine outdoors if you wish as there's a table to seat 8 undercover situated at
the back of the house along with an outdoors pool table! This is also where the
BBQ is situated. Great entertaining area for the whole family.
LAUNDRY facilities: washing machine, dryer & cloths line.
CONDITIONS OF RENTING: We require the name, residential address and land line
number of each individual or family group whom stays at the castaways beach
residence for security reasons and insurance coverage, which will be kept
confidential. Any damages made during your stay are to be paid in full.
Being in a residential area: SORRY, NO FUNCTIONS OR SCHOOLIES THANK YOU (ie:
weddings, party's) Enjoy Noosa Heads National Park for a walk (spot a koala) or
a swim/surf. Also Noosa's famous Hasting street for fine dinning, a coffee or
some retail theropy only 7min drive away. Noosa main beach and sunshine beach
has patrolled swimming areas.......swim
For a more relaxed environment, head down to Peregian Beach Village which also
offers great coffee, food retail and has a great park for the kids to play.
Enjoy live music and markets in the park on every 1st and 3rd weekend....fun
Discover Eumundi Markets, on every Wednesday & Saturday, only 15min drive and
your there....shop
You could just choose to stroll to the beautiful beach at your door
step..............relax

The premises is FULLY FENCED keeping both your children and pets safe.
To access the dog friendly beach (Castaways Beach) across the road there is an
underpass just out the front. The next beach along is Sunrise Beach which is a
patrolled beach. Maybe too far to walk with the kids but only 2 minutes drive
away.
We do welcome well cared for PETS to the property. The yard is fully fenced by a
brick wall apart from the front gate which has bars only 5cm apart. We do allow
most pets in the downstairs area as the flooring is all tiled. However we do not
allow any animals on the furnishings. As a sleeping area for your pet, you could
keep them in the garage, in the lock up washing- line area or free in the yard.
There are several shaded areas for your animals to rest. Please bring there
bedding and bowls they require & doggy poo scoop or bags.
