to self-contained apartments and cottages. Some providers only permit pets
outside, whilst others may allow you to have your pets inside. Some venues such as camping and caravan parks, allow pets at certain times of

kitchen area, fully tiled with a leather lounge suite, 101cm LCD HD T.V, Dvd and

The kitchen is well equipped and lends itself to plenty of little helpers.
The 3 upstairs bedrooms are freshly painted and carpeted in neutral tones.
The main bedroom has the warmth of a timber/rattan Queen bed with side tables
and the comfort of air conditioning. The main bedroom also has an LCD T.V / DVD.
The second bedroom has a dark timber Double bed with side tables and lamps.
The third bedroom has a single bed with a Trundle - both bedrooms access the
balcony.
The bathroom has a shower / bath, vanity and toilet.
There is also a 2nd toilet downstairs.
The Townhouse presents as light, clean and comfortable with warm neutral tones
and timbers.

Bulcock Beach & Esplanade, Happy Valley Parklands and the boardwalk to Kings
Surf Beach or relax by the calm waters of Golden Beach which overlooks

licence required) and meander over to the pristine National Park shores of
Bribie.

There's a huge hand made lounge/daybed to sink into and watch all your favourite
tv shows along with a nintendo wii to keep the family entertained..
The kitchen is designed so you can all sit around the "chef" while he/she whips
up a gourmet feast..

Also the lounge can sleep 4. (It is Huge!!)
This works well for 2 large families sharing the home together that don't need
separate bedrooms, and makes a family holiday more affordable. The house is
positioned 3km south of Coolum town centre 500m north of Marcoola surfclub and
restaurants.
The Mount Coolum IGA, pizzeria, takeaway, liquor shop and butcher is 500m to the
north.
Grand Hyatt Coolum is 1km north
