Located on the Burnett River, Bundaberg is surrounded by cane fields,
and is the place to come and view the sugar industry. It is also ideally located for some
great coastal activities including a visit to
Lady Elliot Island and Lady Musgrave Island. Here you can go on a reef walk,
snorkel, dive and view one of the great wonders of the world the southern end of
the Great Barrier Reef. The seasonal whale watching is another great attraction. There are a number of transport options for
getting to and around Bundaberg region, including the Tilt Train, coach and hire
