Part of the Cape York Peninsula is this tropical wilderness in the
catchment area of the Jardine River, and Queenslands largest
perennial stream. The park includes swamps and heathlands, with
tropical vegetation which includes many varieties of New Guinea
origin. The park is mainly accessible in the dry season.
