Welcome to accommodation Crystal Brook, South Australia (SA).
At the southern gateway to the Flinders
Ranges is the country town of Crystal Brook, named after the spring fed creek
that supplied water to the town until the completion of Beetaloo Reservoir in
1890. The reservoir was built to provide a water supply to the Yorke Peninsula.1
The town services the surrounding farming region, the grain silos being an
impressive site and a symbol of the wheat country. The town also has a charming
main street with peppercorn trees providing shade. View from our listed accommodation or select any one of our popular destinations. |
