including the Historical Village, it is also only a short drive northwest to the
townships of Moorook and Kingston-on-Murray. Here you can wander Banrock
Station's boardwalks, discover the Murray's backwaters and creeks with a
relaxing cruise, sample award-winning wines or just relax and enjoy the country

Mill Cottage can be either a delightful B&B, perfect for a few days relaxing
getaway, or a charming, comfortable holiday home for a longer stay. Mill Cottage
accommodates up to 6 people in three beautifully appointed bedrooms.
• Facilities:
as a B&B generous provisions for a cooked/continental breakfast are included in
the tariff including a bottle of champagne, fresh homemade bread, eggs by the
Mill Cottage girls (they live in the back garden), bacon, cereal, juice and lots
of extras.
As a Holiday Home (usually 5 nights or more) the tariff is discounted - tea,
coffee, Milo and milk, sufficient for the first three days are provided, but
guests supply all other food.

Mill Cottage is a short walk to many of Loxton's excellent facilities, hotel,
clubs, shops, fast food outlets, post office, tourist office, swimming pool and
tennis court.

the 1910 sand stone homestead is fully self-contained, with 3 large bedrooms.
Sleeps 8. All linen is provided for a hassle free stay.

portable oil/heater and fans in each bedroom, lounge room with wood heater (wood
supplied), spacious lounge includes sofa bed, TV and DVD player, kitchen
includes all essential eletrical appliances, dishwasher, electric double door
oven, crockery, cutlery, drinking water, spacious bathroom, laundry facilities,
fully enclosed yard with under cover entertaining area, BBQ, outdoor setting.

Homestead is orientated to families and will provide a comfortable and peaceful
place to stay while exploring the many attractions the region has to offer.
The homestead is set on 100 acres of unspoilt picturesque landscape with
abundant flora and fauna. Meander along a peaceful stretch of private river
frontage or sit and enjoy the tranquliity of the mighty Murray River.
