Welcome to accommodation the Renmark, South Australia. The River Murray rises below Mount Kosciusko in New South Wales, and meanders
its way across both the Victorian and South Australian state borders. Where the
Murray crosses the border from Victoria, it continues west and south, flowing
pass and through Border Cliffs and Renmark. The region from Paringa, east of
Renmark to Blanchetown, including Morgan and Loxton are part of the Riverland
region.

vineyard, fruit trees and ornamental trees on huge expanses of lawn. Rambling
roses and rose hedges line the perimeters of this lovely rural setting. Adorning
the walls of this beautifully decorated house, is a large collection of historic
photos of Renmark dating back as far as 1887. Enjoy the spa, retire to the queen
size bed or just relax in front of the fire with a glass of port.

historic Customs House on the SA/VIC border, a 20 minute drive from Renmark and
a 1.5 hour drive from Mildura. Moored exclusively within the national park
section of the river, we are the only houseboat company that operates within

well as secure car parking.

Chowill Station have two accommodation options:
Shearers Quarters Hire
The Chowilla Shearers quarters comprises 11 separate bedrooms containing 26
beds in total. Each of the beds have pillows and a bed sheet provided. There are
3 gas fridges, 2 gas stoves, a wood stove and also a BBQ. All cutlery, crockery
and utensils are also provided. There is a large open fire place in the dining
room. Lighting is provided by a 32 volt generator which guests start when
required. Water is supplied by an overhead tank and the pump is operated by
guests. Water is heated through use of a wood chip heater (Donkey) which also is
maintained by guests. Full instructions are given to guests, and help when
needed is also available. Fresh drinking water is also provided. Rubbish is
collected by the hosts. The booking of the quarters is exclusive to the hirers.
The Strowan Houseboat Hire
The Strowan is a basic 6 berth hire drive vessel. Strowan has gas hot water,
fridge and heating/air conditioning, television/video, together with a BBQ on
the front deck.
All cutlery and crockery is provided as is linen, towels and doonas. Obviously
you must provide your own food etc.
