There is no camping, however there are picnic
facilities near the Rangers Office that include gas barbecue and toilets.
Although there is access by conventional vehicles, some two thirds of the park
are restricted due to the continuing research on the Hairy-nosed Wombat.
Situated in the rain-shadow of the Mount Lofty Ranges, the park is on the fringe
of the arid zone, being hot and dry during summer and cold and wet during
