Frederick Matthias
Alexander (1869-1955) the founder of the universal Alexander
Technique, was born at Table Cape, attending school there.
It is also known that members of the Tommeginer Aboriginal
people were living on the Fossil Bluff coastline until early
1841. Due to the areas being original heavily timbered, they
did not travel far inland and so they relied mainly on
