Horsham is located on the Wimmera River, north-west of
Stawell. It is in a
district based primarily on wheat and livestock farming.
There is much
to see and do in the surround area such as rock climbing on Mt Arapiles,
enjoying bush walks in the Northern Grampians, or just watching the
sunset over the vast flat plains of the Wimmera.
October is the Horsham
Spring Garden festival, set in the Botanic Gardens.
