Queenscliff - Cities, Towns and Localities
Surrounded on three sides by water, the historic seaside town of Queenscliff retains many of its historic buildings and landmarks, that have been preserved from its nineteenth century origins. The historic shop fronts and buildings on Hesse Street are dominated by the ornate Vue Grand Hotel, which was constructed back in 1881.

Other historic sites and museums of interest include the Bellarine Railway, Queenscliff Fort, Queenscliffe Maritime Museum and the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse.

The present Post Office was built in 1887 and restored in 1989.

built in 1844 by Fairfax Fenwick who had the lease of the Shortland Bluff Pastoral Run.
