The Gibb River Road has always been one of Australia’s
‘must do’ off road
tracks, that takes you through the heart of one of Australia’s iconic wilderness
areas, ‘The Kimberley Region’. Stretching over 800 km, the road runs from
connecting the remote Kimberley cattle stations and provides visitors access to
some of the regions most spectacular, virtually untouched natural wilderness.
The road cuts through Barnett Range, Cockburn Range, Gibb Range, King Leopold
Range, Mosquito Hills, Pentecost Range, and Philips Range, as well as providing
access to scenic gorges, rivers and falls, such as the popular Mitchell Falls.
