Henley Brook is also home to the oldest church in Western Australia, the All
Saints Church, built by Richard Edwards between 1838 and 1840. The first
service taking place on 10 January 1841.
There is plenty to see and do in the area, located as it is in the popular
tourist destination of the Swan Valley.
There are numerous attractions in the region including wineries, breweries, distilleries, cafes and
restaurants, arts and craft, fresh local produce and Whiteman Park. Its close proximity
to Perth, makes it a very popular place not only for locals but visitors from
around the world.
A great way to experience the region is to follow the
award-winning Swan Valley Food and Wine Trail a scenic 32 kilometre loop that
takes in some of the best things on offer in the Swan Valley.
