The Sunset Coast refers to the coastal region encompassing the northern
metropolitan region of Perth. This beautiful region of seemingly endless
pristine coastline contains wonderful white sandy beaches, which look stunning
in the setting sun, reflecting the gold, pink and yellow hues.
Cottesloe (just north of Fremantle), it stretches up through Scarborough, Trigg
Beach, Hillarys Boat Harbour, Mindarie Keys and Perth's northern most beach at
Two Rocks. Some promotions and websites extend the Sunset Coast region as far
north as Lancelin (some 128 km north of Perth).
The Sunset Coast offers a great holiday
destination that provides something for everyone, whether you just want to enjoy
the beaches and surf, botanic gardens and national parks, golf and other
sporting activities, boutique wineries, historic localities, boutique wineries
and many other attractions.
