• Wikipedia is a free content, multilingual encyclopedia, with collaborative contributions from people around the world. It is also resource with much of its content being usable provided you read and abide by their copyright (commonly known as copyleft). The content in Wikipedia is licensed to the public under the GNU Free Documentation License (GDL). Users of the content must first read the Reusers' rights and obligations section and then the GNU Free Documentation License.

Lynx is a text only browser - the speech and braille browsers used by the blind are based on text only browsers so if your site can be viewed and navigated in the Lynx browser then it should be usable for blind people. Testing your web page in a Lynx browser, is also good practice, not only for accessibility, but as a test whether search engines such as Google can read the page.
